My Story
My love of herbs and hands on healing as a child, ended up becoming my career.
After moving to Edinburgh in the early '90's, I was able to work in the herbal industry for many years, and completed a four year herbal course and 700 clinical hours. Whilst taking the course, not only did I have 2 children, I also trained as a Reflexologist, to give a more enjoyable hands on experience to health.
Whilst working at Napiers Herbal Clinic, I learnt about biodynamic gardening and Dr. Hauschka and Weleda products. I also trained as a Dr. Hauscka Esthetician and a Weleda Wellness advisor. In 2022 I became one of the first Weleda Estheticians in the country.
Once moving to East Anglia, I was able to further my development with Spiritual and Rahanni Healing, TuiNa TCM Massage and Oncology Massage, as well as lots of Continual Professional Development courses within my chosen treatments.

I will be working again this year at this amazing setting at Low Farm in Waldringfield.
I will be offering Reflexology both face and foot, and body massage including TuiNa in the gazebo under the trees.

Weleda
Weleda was founded 1921 by Rudolf Steiner, Ita Wegman and Oskar Schmiedel. Steiner viewed the human body as having the capacity to heal using gifts from nature (anthroposophy).
And that is what Weleda products promote - enhancing the body's ability to heal and bring the skin to balance with their all natural ingredients, and looking after the planet.

I originally trained as a reflexologist in 2001, and it never ceases to amaze me
There are many styles of reflexology. I have trained in the Ingham method, Chi reflexology, Precision reflexology, Univeral technique, and uricular therapy, to name a few.
I can do home visits with reflexology. Minimum travel charge is £5.
Talks and Parties
I have given many talks and also been very lucky to have run parties.
I am able to give talks on herbal medicine, reflexology or skin care
Usually 4-5 adults at the hosts home in a more private area, and offer either 2 half hour treatments or an hour treatment each. They make great hen party evenings.
There are also teenager parties where I can either do a 20 minute back massage or facial each, or a looking after skin session.
Skin care sessions are best arranged around the hosts table, so that all the participants are able to work their own faces.
Thighs, Bum & Tum offer
During April 2025, the Thighs, Bum & Tum treatement is only £30
After dry skin brushing, the Weleda "no plastic microbead" Pearl Scrub is used to energise the skin.
This is followed by an invigorating leg massage using Weleda's Birch Cellullite Oil.
The treatment is finished off using the New Weleda Lighter Leg Gel.
A great treatment for summer ready skin.
